1.9.16 Cannot switch profiles with apps like quick profiles or widgetlocker

I am on 1.9.16 MIUI ANDROID and I can not switch profiles to vibrate, or full volume ring etc. with quick profiles or widgetlocker. It still works by holding the power button and toggling Silent Mode.

This problem started after upgrading to 1.9.9 MIUI ANDROID from 1.9.2 MIUI US.

I am using a Galaxy S I9000.

on my motorola defy this Bug also appears with many other Apps - "SwitchPro", "Extended Settings", "Silentmode on off" and many others are not able to toggle Silent Mode.

This appears since version 1.9.9, under version 1.9.2 it works fine. Please fix this Bug...
