1- When I start Igo navigation GPS turns on automatically ( which is good ) but also mobile data turns on although I disabled it, this happened every time I started IGO

2- I noticed that sometimes I lose mobile network connectivity ( out of service status) and can't get the service back with manual search or anything, I have to switch to airplane mode and then turn it off again to get back to my mobile network. This happened to 1.9.30 and 1.9.23

Never happened to me (signal loss). Not even in 1.9.23 or 1.9.16.. Using 1.9.30 now..
Try to replace your sim card and see what will happen. And try not to hold the antenna part (the bottom part near the micro usb port) for it will affect the reception
