This forum is for the EU-version of the rom. The installation procedure for the official rom is in the first post in the link provided by Trashcan

While waiting for the next EU ROM, I made a TWRP backup of my current setup then flashed this Official Global ROM through TWRP together with the patched boot.img from ********.com (formerly sMIUI.net).

Flashed the official version but no dutch language so I will stick to eu rom which is extremely stable. It will be hard to beat this eur rom version.
