2.3.4a volume issues - HTC Desire

Hi there,

I'm running the stable 2.3.4a rom on my HTC Desire, and I've noticed that the notification and ringer volume keeps reverting to about 80% after I lower the volume to 0. I have had to set my volume as mute rather than a ringtone in order to keep my phone silent in work.

If there is a fix for this I'd appreciate advice!
