2.4.20 & "High Security Enabled" Bluetooth

Hi all.
Sorry if I'm breaking the rules by double posting and cross linking but my post in the bugs section hasn't had any responses yet and I though someone reading in the MI-ONE section may have some ideas for me.

I haven't flashed 2.4.27 yet to see if the issue persists.
