New [20.1.21v2] [Mi9] Loading apps sometimes freezes UI with app name in top left

Several times a day when loading a new app from the launcher, the App name will overlay the notifications in the top left of the screen and the rest of the screen will be black. Gestures such as Back and Home don't work. Leaving the phone to lock then unlocking it has no improvement.

Unlocking the phone then dropping down the notification area and clicking on any app's notification opens the app and the phone returns to normal.

This version was pulled from the repository because of problems. You will have to flash back to 20.1.16.

If they still have 20.1.21v1, they can use that too, it's as stable as 20.1.16 imho
Or they can wait a bit for the rerelease, I would except 1-2 days, however nothing official has been yet said
