New (20.2.27) Redmi Note 7 / Health app gives FC / Wifi causes reboot / Fingerprint not working

I made complately clean install.
wiped all partitions except sdcard
rebooted recovery
formatted data
rebooted recovery
wiped all partitions again except sdcard
and flashed rom.

- My fingerprint wakes phone but i can not use it for unlocking device. while setting it, it does not recognize my finger.
- Health app gives fc randomly although i did not launched it
- Sometimes connecting to wifi it causes reboot device

i sent logs @Igor Eisberg by pm. i take them by matlog.

Confirmed... For now seems like issue with Health/Instagram app is related to keystore. Something is broken on this week...
