New [20.3.12] Mi Note 10 - Slow/buggy launcher

Since the Rom upgrade to android 10 I am experiencing a lot of bugginess regarding the launcher.
Its hard to explain so I made a video and I will also attach a logcat during the unlock period.

Rom was clean flashed
