I found the solution to this Widevine L3 problem on Netflix at least

Netflix Forced HD app for Custom ROM(Widevine L3) users .

1) Download the APK - https://mega.nz/#!8kolQCZD!41AgT0fF_cUTBijfOH5-RlIHeSsZfq9ZY3Xocqn_hb4

2) Install it and hide via magisk.

3) log into your Netflix account and Enjoy HD quality videos.

Note -> Don't update it via Play Store.

I flashed Persist.img. Therefore, I cannot watch Netflix HD even though I am a member. I was hoping, but it didn't happen again.

what does it mean "manually"?
the update will not arrive via OTA as it usually does, now you will have to take the file and install it via twrp, it is recommended that you do an installation with a clean system, ie backup files, erase the system and data and install the new version when it arrives

Who pronounced this recommendation? Until now for several years I NEVER made a clean installation and never had any problem.

I've seen several users here having problems updating some versions, and especially when changing a miui version

The recommendation for a clean install is a catch-all advice that people give when they have no other idea. I don't doubt that there are instances where a clean install is the fastest way to solve a problem. Usually, however, it isn't necessary at all. I do clean installs very very rarely, and never had any problem that came from a "dirty" install.

Hi Team, I am just testing the closed beta MIUI 12 china for my mix 3 and it is going well, but when the battery goes down at times it has horrible LAGS in the notification panel and control center
