I think that sound from such small speakers is very subjective. The sound (eg. stereo) is good. The actual Hi-Fi (high fidelity) cannot be particularly good because of the limitations of such small speakers. Compared to other phones, I still think that it is excellent. The increase in volume can be looked at in different ways: it is nice to have the extra volume, but with this there is the potential for increased distortion. I think that some people are expecting too much from these speakers.

It has been said many times now that poor battery duration is down to the individual and how they have placed their settings. Only very rarely is it a bug in the ROM. But that is not the case here. I am still getting excellent battery usage.

I think that maybe you need to look at your installation method and how you are using the system rather than attempting to put the blame on an excellent system - both ROM & phone.

It is the internal eq they does not work anymore, speakers do not get louder. This EQ reduced low frequencies so the speakers can handle higher volume.
This does not work anymore.

Hey guys! thanks for your incredible work.

I Have a problem with the Dynamic Shots.

I have the option in the camera turned ON app but when in gallery...the picture is only one...no dynamic shots after all...

My phone is a Mi11 ... anyone with this problem?

thanks!

Is there any official info why Mi10 audio does not apply the eq when volume exceed 50%, so now the sound gets distorted because of too much low frequencies?

Hi,
Which partitions should I backup in TWRP 3.5 ro properly had a full image of my entire phone (in case I want to clean restore)?
And everything works well? Backup and restore?
Thanks in advance.

I have always ticked all the boxes (except cache).
Before I boot into Recovery, I always clear memory, run Cleaner, and clear all Recents. That tidies up the memory. When I get into Recovery, I always clear cache and Dalvik, and delete the / data / system / package_cache folder. More recently the / data / extm folder also has to be deleted to avoid an error during the Backup process.
For the Mi 10, the full backup takes up about 23 Gb of memory. If you do not have more than that when you start, the Backup process does not allow you to go ahead.
Before I actually install the new ROM, I backup the TWRP backup to my PC.
I have had to restore a few times. Whenever I restore, the whole system is exactly back to what it was before - all icons and widgets are in their correct places and all apps are running as before. Security is the same, and all banking apps run without the need to re-register.
It does not, however, backup the files which are separate on your system, eg. pictures, music, maps, etc. You have to back those up separately.

It is all quite a lengthy process, but one that I do not regret because it puts you back literally where you were before.

Edit: I've just noticed that you talk about a 'clean restore'. I have never wanted that. I have always wanted the system back to what it was. I suppose that if I wanted a clean restore, I would do a normal restore, and then do a Factory reset.

Hello!

Random reboots only when using whatsapp. Yesterday zero reboots, today three times.

Try to close play store and wipe cache and data of play store, Google play services and Google services framework, then reboot to teamwin and wipe dalvik/cache
