I'm guessing if it's company phone the IT Admins has some kind of control about what can or can't be uninstalled.

Mi 10 (umi): Casting is now fixed.
Thanks devs.
I had to uninstall Avast to go for the free version because it was stopping not only the casting but also tasks in Task Scheduler.
So now casting is immediate
