13) "Update Notification" is stuck even after updated - Report

Sure about that? In last ROM I forced Updater to update cache stored data more frequently. Internet connection is necessary and mark has to disappear in max of 2 hours after update.
(If you reboot with Internet on directly after installing update then it should be gone right away)

Yes the notification is stuck until now (screenshot - annex). Already reboot a few times after updated.

NOTE: But I'm in Brazil that is blocked to access miuipolska.pl except when connected through a USA VPN.

In your case, the problem may be the country from which you are connecting to the network.

Maybe the source country is the issue as I mentioned above. Brazil (all country) is BLOCKED to access miuipolska.pl

NOTE: @ZduneX25 I CONFIRM that after reboot connected through USA VPN the Update Notification disappear. Then the issue is direct related with my country is blocked by MIUI.eu

Me,too. But after I format data partition, then it can boot into OS successful.
I think TWRP can decrypt data partition, but not all function work-well.
OS maybe found out data partition exist something error happen at booting stage in this version.
Maybe your phone use figure-recognition or lock screen without un-lock and disable this function first before upgrade image.

Last night I installed a weekly beta (22.8.17) on my Mi 10T (apollo) via TWRP with format data, having previously been with stable (V13.0.5.0.SJDCNXM). The process was quick and easy. Thanks for the detailed descriptions!
I noticed that while the "Call via Wi-Fi" option is on, when someone tries to call me they get a notification that I'm busy. This is only for incoming calls. When I turn off the option and turn airplane mode on/off I have no problem receiving incoming calls. Has anyone else noticed this problem?

Thanks. I ended up going back to 22.7.21, installed it through fastboot and updated and it ended up working!

Try the 5.6 version TWRP from here. I tried 3.9, 5.1, 5.6 and every version was perfect. These work overall. Easy to install too. Just boot one of them with fastboot and install it from itself. After install "reboot to recovery" and this version will boot not the factory recovery. Sometimes it cannot see the data partition but a "reboot to recovery" helps.

Since the whole country (Brazil) is blocked to access miuipolska.pl any device running MIUI.eu doesn't receive the update notification our even the Weekly update.
The only know workaround is to be connected through a foreign VPN. That's why I'm asking the Web Admin to fix this issue unblocking us.
