Just updated from 8.25 to 8.31 on my K40 Pro. After update I wiped Dalvik Cache and reboot into the system, and then reboot two more times.

I've received notification from the system saying com.miui.powerkeeper has crashed multiple times and here is the crash report.
Code:
java.lang.NullPointerException: Attempt to invoke virtual method 'android.content.pm.PackageManager android.content.Context.getPackageManager()' on a null object reference

Does voice shutter available in the latest camera app?
Change log is become so lazy lately looking at which, doesn't feel like updating to latest versions.

The performance on Poco F3 is GREAT after Weekly 22.8.31 update. Antutu score 712894 when in "performance mode".

EDITED: Just to compare the current Weekly MIUI.eu 13 vs Stable MIUI by Xiaomi 12.5.4 Enhanced Edition follow annexed below Antutu's performance test - Source

Issue/Bug Report on Poco F3:

In the Weekly 22.8.25 version all Sensitive Actions caused notifications. In the current Weekly 22.8.31 version some apps still notifying even when has the correct permissions and others don't. It seems "View all app behavior" notifications inconsistent and/or buggy to me.

Settings \ Privacy Protection \ View all app behavior \ < sensitive actions > or < using permissions >

EDITED: Just to mention two examples annex the event log and permissions for Telegram and Google Maps apps.

NOTE 1) After move the Telegram "Read your contacts" permission from "While using the app" to "Always allow" the notification issue didn't fixed. (annex)

NOTE 2) Even when "Always allow" permission is selected the Google Maps still notifies into Sensitive Actions. (annex)

The Antutu's Score seem the same as previous Weekly 22.8.25 for me on Poco F3.

Note: The Overheating issue when connected on 5G NSA/SA Networks looks like non optimized yet but I still testing.

EDITED: After I cleaned "Data" into "
Battery and Performance" the Battery Drain seems to be lower in the current Weekly as side effect. Then Poco F3 is running a "bit" cooler but the weather now here has lower temperatures (annex) that could influence my tests. Please Poco F3's owners double check it and feedback here.

Working fine for me on Poco F3. (annex)
The Video Calling feature is Carrier dependent then should be provisioned into your plan by Carrier. I suggest to contact your customer support and double check it.

The Battery Graph was broken again after the Weekly 22.8.31 on Poco F3 then I cleaned Data in to "Battery and Performance" and seems to be working fine again.
