Do you know how long it can take to update with fastboot and without formatting data? I have been waiting for about 15 minutes and the console does not show new messages, when I installed the first time doing format data it did not take that long

15 minutes? Sounds like it's stuck, you'll have to switch the USB port (or a different cable) and retry.

I don't understand what you are speculating about. You can install a hybrid ROM in any way you like. If you want to update in recovery (TWRP), do it. It's so simple.

So that's it. I have TWRP and I want to remove it and install the Hybrid firmware in a simple way via fastboot. So I'm interested in how to do it

Do not remove any TWRP. If you want to update using the fastboot method, do so. How simple.

When I go to market and pay via NFC with my Raiffeisen bank pay app automatic transfer screen on Google Pay which I dont use and dont have credit card on GPay.
Default app for pay Rai Pay like on picture,anyone know how to block GPay or disable?
