I don't use it for games, but I do use it for flashlight and silent mode. They work fine.

I have NUWA and did my install via fastboot with zero problems. Might I suggest formatting your storage and doing a clean install.

I did a
factory reset,
Fastboot first_install 11.27 (4G power saver ok)
Fastboot first_install 12.4 (4G power saver no,)
Fastboot first_install 12.11 (4G power saver no)

On a clean 11.27 a twrp install of 12.11 (no 4G power saver)

5G persistent in ultra power saver

However All G service work without apk..

No results! Gallery crashes on Xiaomi 13!

How do I know ? You did not write what device you own.
If your device is Xiaomi 12s /12s Pro/12T Pro /12 Ultra / 12 Pro, TWRP for A14 is not available yet.
