This one has been causing me mild annoyance for some time, hopefully fix isn't too difficult to implement [POCO F3 / alioth]:

Individual apps' dark mode isn't working after I restart my device. Only after I go to "Settings > Display > Dark mode options" and the list below gets populated with apps, that's when it begins to work properly again.
Probably that dark mode part of Settings app needs to autostart somehow.

Settings app doesn't manage dark mode and doesn't store its state. That's the framework's responsibility. The list of apps is also loaded by the framework.

I use the "More Dark Mode Options" with just one app on my Poco F3 but confirm that it's still enabled even after many reboots. (annex)

Even with this update, i have a problem whit the camera on whatsapp. This time i did a full wipe and a clean installation, but the problem still remain.

To be more clear, when i use the camera to shot a photo or make a video, the resolution works great, but when i make a videochat, the camera (front/back) seems like a cheap camera and the resolution is blurry...

This on Xiaomi 13

That sounds more like it would be a WhatsApp bug as opposed to something specifically to do with the rom. Does it make videos you already took using the camera app and send look blurry as well?
If it is a ROM issue, it would most likely be a Xiaomi issue, in which case this is the wrong forum to report it. I would try the Mi forums, or use their Feedback and Support app. I'm sure you realize that .EU is a third party ROM -- but they don't change anything on the hardware/driver side of things.

Only during the videochat...

Still lower than 700.000 score on Poco F3 but the UI is very fluid and fast. I'm still testing and will feedback later.
Didn't noticed any battery drain when in STANDBY mode.
Thanks Devs for the great work.

EDITED: Update went smoothly, UI runs flawless and I didn't noticed major new issues until now then... GREEN LIGHT TO GO!!!

Bug - Since a few versions, the rear display deactivates randomly.
Mi 11 ultra (Star)
Does anyone have a solution in the meantime?

I get this bug too sometimes! I don't do anything other than notice it break/fix itself but can vouch for the behaviour

[edit] @Fabien Cohen you're assuming all the changes are being logged in the changelog. Xiaomi *really* doesn't roll that way (theme policy updates, silently toggling ARB on, am sure there's a couple other big ones I'm forgetting). Don't assume the changelog tells the whole story!

After tested it I CONFIRM that Antutu's performance still lower than 700.000 score on Poco F3 as previously shared by @arkadia_1969 but the UI is very fluid and fast. (annex)
Thanks Devs for the great work.
My recommendation is GREEN LIGHT TO GO!

Poco f3 seems indeed more fluid. Mi home push notifications still not working, same with compass on google maps. It also seems to get warmer, especially when charging even at lower power.
Overall, like with everything miui 14, very small differences from previous builds, except for the added bugs :(
