Consulta las bandas 5g de tu teléfono en gsmarena y consulta las bandas de tus operadores locales
If I do not have access to the 5G networks at this time, does the system eliminate the option? I thought it just wouldnt work but the option would be there. My device is xiaomi 14 pro it has 5G

When I lost access to 5G, I found that the only way I could get it back again was to go to:
Settings / More connectivity optons / Reset Wi-Fi, mobile networks, and Bluetooth.
That unfortunately also lost all of the stored Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings, but it did get 5G back again. I don't know if there is another way.

What I think turned 5G off in the first place was when using Battery saver mode, under: Settings / Battery / Battery check-up, I ticked Restrict 5G connectivity under Suggestions. I could not untick it, and resetting seemed to be the only way to get 5G back again.

I now make sure that I do not tick the 'Restrict 5G connectivity' again!
