New 3.5.31 SGS2 i9000 Display colours randomly inverting

Not sure what's triggering it, but since 3.5.31 I've had the colours "invert" of their own accord. They remain that way until restart.

Most recent trigger was when disconnecting from PC (usb cable) - but I have done this plenty of times without colours inverting.
