So I tried running the latest version with gravitybox, but I'm still getting these annoying random crashes. So I'm back to MIUI till Ivan fixes this.

I want to transfer my phone to my young brother - what should i do in order to go back for Miui - only flash from CWM recovery?

A flash from CWM should be fine. You also get MIUI recovery back when you flash a MIUI rom.

Been running it for a while now with gravitybox, everything seems to work fine and it's smooth. No "Ivan crash" till now, but I'll have to wait and see.

Only problem I found is: when playing video (.mkv) with MX player it's really laggy on h/w. When I switch to s/w I get an FC.

Edit:I've added a picture to give you an idea of ram usage. At boot it was around 400

i flashed it, after 5mins of using the rom i got the black screen...

this new aosp is working very well so far

- no black screens until now (with auto brightness on)
- candy crush, mx player, etc work fine
- no signal losses until now

hope it stays like that
