Now, with my MI4c i don't know where to change the 3g download limit, I'm having the "download size requires wifi" message. In older versions I changed it going to settings area on the download app, but now, the settings area of this app only shows the version.

Anyone can show me the way to change this setting?

if you use wifi with long time, I think the battery would save, but not if you use your sim card network

Don't know if it is anything to do with this rom , but I have just cleared recent apps and incredibly have been left with 1.5gb free ram in my redmi note 2 -never seen so much before .

It depends on what for you and annoying
Start with wipe Cache
If not well, wipe everything

Wipe cache 1 min easy

i had that on some weeklys but it never was a rom problem. seemed to be caused by dirty flashing and problems of playservices itself.
one of the following steps always solved it for me (ido redmi 3 pro):
1. delete appdata of play services
2. reinstall play services with updates
3. wipe cache/davlik
