Dear ingbrzy, so many thanks for this!
My Redmi Note 4G (HMNoteLTE) was on 7.5.1 (stable) and tried to flash this version, but TWRP ended up with error 7 and could not install. Luckily 8.1.1 stable did work and is running great now. Looking forward to the next stable though!

I have some issues with WiFi on my mi5 after installing 7.1.19. Occasionally there is on (or very slow) data transfer and when I disable WiFi and enable it again it works like it should.
Anyone noticed the same issue?

You can just flash it, I did it without an issue. I went back to 12.29 but 12.22 has good battery to. I don't know what went wrong with that on the newer builds.

Folks have reported clean flash with latest ROM working without Brick your dev. you can try to luck or Else proper way would be to clean flash 6.11.10 and then update latest ROM. Ensure to use proper twrp and root mentioned in first page.

yes same on mi5s. wifi speed goes to 0.00kb sometimes f.e. google speech search or internet page. after reloading page it works. maybe a problem with miui energy saver.

Can you post screenshots and timings of battery usage - or why is phone working fine.
Yesterday I have wiped all except external memory card, rebooted to recovery, installed 7.1.19 version via twrp. But battery drain 20℅ for every SOT hour - after clean install. All settings set for longer battery life. What else can I do for longer battery timings?

@JonSnow You will need to flash an official rom, more than likely by EDL Mode (may need a deep flash cable).
