I've noticed voicemail notifications keep popping up after I dismiss them. Is it a bug or intended feature

Any phone will remind you of voicemail until you check and listem them in your mailbox. At least that's how it works in Android phones with my carrier in Mexico.

Still has the multiple notification badges for the same app bug. That's the last week of that for me. I love miui but it's beginning to drive me insane. Time to find a different ROM I guess.
