Its same changleog. I have nighlty ota china miui and nightly changelogs and are same as this. Final changelogs from week changes in China Developer roms.

Yes in 7.12.28 in Xiaomi.eu They delete Morning Report. I Check now on Mi Max 7.12.21 have this option, on. 7.12.28 They delete. On Mi5C i have China rom 7.12.28 and still have Morning Report Alarm.

Tak na Xiaomi.eu to usuneli lub przypadkowo im znikneło, bo na China dalej jest.

1. Update for Mi MIX 2 is suspended starting from 22nd, December, 2017 due to testing of Android O.
2. Update for Mi 6 is suspended starting from 8th, December, 2017 due to testing of Android O.


New - Android O update (12-25)
Its from nightly changelog 7.12.25
Before Oreo for this phones was in Alfa Team, from 7.12.25 is on Close Beta Team. Non public.

xiaomi stopped mi6 on android 7, no more dev builds. You may look at MIUI stable on android 7 if the fix is there or revert back to a previous
working dev.

For me if I change the playback speed in YouTube, the video starts to lag. Does anyone have the same issue? I don't have this on non-MIUI custom ROMs.
