You have all the info there:

ROMs for devices with locked bootloader:

• Unlock your first bootloader
  
• Install TWRP via Fastboot mode, then install our ROM
• Code:
  fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
  fastboot boot twrp.img
• TWRP Recovery Zip
• Wipe /data partition
• Copy our ROM to the internal storage
• Install our ROM
• Reboot
• done

I'm not asking how to install it. I'm asking users with Mi 6 which rom is the best for Mi 6. Stable eu, or weekly eu?

at first uninstall magisk http://tiny.cc/latestuninstaller then install rom via 3 dot menu..

Done as you say and today is much better, but still on top of battery use are:
-android system
-core android
-google play services

Phone cpu is 37-41 when just typing on any forum, or simply reading.

It is certainly better of energy use when phone is screen off and not in use, but when a just turn on screen - it makes warm in simple use and i can see battery remaining fast.

Do you need bug report?

Is it normal for processor to heat so much?

Same on me.... The phone is always hot when I use it..
And I got another error: when I'm trying to clean memory it says always: nothing to clear in cache, and the amount of RAM shown at the recent screen is not true

Yes, I followed the procedure correctly as indicated. My RedmiPro is correctly rooted. My version of LP is 7.1.6, busybox 1.28.1

Finally I found a way to install these disappeared apps, with the help of Lucky Patcher.

The steps are : run LP, select Rebuild & Install, find the apk file of the app you want to install, select Install, after a while LP will tell you it failed to install the app and presents you with a Yes and No question, select Yes, and this time the app will be installed successfully.

I sucessfully installed 5 disappeared apps from upgrading my RN3P to 8.3.15 this way.

i just restart. all the apps that was missing reappear again.

Interesting, that method worked right away on my Kenzo, before I solved the problem using LP I tried many other ways, one of these is by deleting manually the missing apps's folder inside '/system/data/app', I don't know whether it made any difference but maybe you can try that then try again with LP.
