For me with Mix 2 only the two icons you can see in the screenshots above appear in status bar. It doesn't matter what I change in the notification shade, its icons won't appear.
I mean: Bluetooth icon, no rotation, vibration, alarm clock....

I have just installed this version on my Mi5 pro and to my surprise I saw that a 1080p 60fps option showed up in the video settings when using g the front camera (only then).
When Selecting that the video gets divided in 3 different colored geometrical shapes. Please use my pictures as a reference.

@tobyhh For you alarm clock icon appears in status bar? For me not (Mix 2 too). I reinstalled without any change.
