After updating from 8.8.9 to 8.8.16 i got several FC on MI8, rollback to 8.8.16 cause many more fc. Can anybody confirm the same?

Where have you been? Its safetynet API issue not the ROM. No matter which ROM u use safetynet would fail as of now i guess

Download fastboot rom and exctract persist.img from it. Boot into TWRP and go to Mount - tick the persist partition and then go to install and flash the persist.img as an image. This could solve problems with sensors including Wifi and Bluetooth

The issue with bluetooth not working after airplane mode is not such a big deal for me, but nice when it's fixed. Got no issues with sensors.
More irritating is that gps.conf is missing so I have to put it there myself. Can't believe that persist includes gps.conf or does it?

Global 8.16 has no problems with the installation on the Mi5. So problemma in the localizers? With all respect to the team, Xiaomi. EU is a bad job on your part, guys. (((
