Hi. I have the Redmi note 5 global version its the Vince or Whyred? Can someone help me? My bootloader is locked for now but i already installed the Miui 10 version but i whant to go back for version 9 stable can i do this or i will brick my phone?

It's written in the table in the 1st post: The one with dual cam is whyred (SD 636, Dual-Cam 12/5 MP). You know best, which device you bought.
If it got ARB protection you can't downgrade.

Ok its the Whyred version and i think i cant downgrade ... but if i unlock the bootloader can i downgrade to xiaomi.eu roms?

I'm on China 8.8.23 rom,with anti 4 var, can i switch to this new rom, is there any chance of bricking my device, i want upgrade to Eu not downgrade?

Yes there is a chance bricking your device if you don't follow the instructions for flashing. Just read the instructions in the OP.
Flash TWRP or Redwolf first and you're good to go. You must do a clean wipe.

Hi everyone, I'm using Redmi 6 pro, stable china rom 9.6.17.0. Is it safe to install this latest EU rom?
I'm not sure because I see some guys on china forum were bricked their phone after install EU rom.
From the guide above, I just need to install TWRP and then flash this rom? (I already unlock bootloader)
Is there any one tried to move to eu rom from stable?

P/s: because there is a rollback protection on my current rom version, so can I know which stable version this rom bases on?

Hence can't play game such as pokemon go.

Atleast this isnt a fake global rom...
This is basiclly a modified xiaomi.eu 8.8.9

I suggest clean installing 8.8.30 so you will get updates and non of the modifications that the vendor did will appear
