New [9.7.4] Clock disappears, notification shade doesn't pull down

Every 10-15 minutes, the clock in the status bar will randomly disappear and the a swipe down from the top of the screen won't pull down the notifications / quick settings panel. Changing themes doesn't fix it, nor does changing notch behavior. Has occurred since 9.6.27 update.

Negative, here it appears permanently, my alarm clock rings 8am in the morning (every day) and the whole day is appearing this clock

That's the "normal" functioning in MI9, as long as you have an alarm set, icon stays on.

So annoying...
