Because it's a Global-exclusive device. There is no China ROM for Redmi Note 6 Pro. And Global Beta was terminated by Xiaomi before July 2019.

Also the updater (changelog) is working again.
So the last issues on Miui 10 are gone. Boring somehow, isn't it? ;-)

Do you get security level L1 or L3 on K20 pro? Here's what I got:

Hi, yes you can download the zip and select the "choose update package" to install the update.
