I won't ask information about roms, but about support. After knowing that Xiaomi wouldn't launched Mi Max 4, I evaluating for purchase of Mi Max 3. I had Mi Max 1 and Mi Max 2, and the support for this model is terrible, so I ask if Xiaomi with Mi Max 3 has changed his political about this model and if Android 10 and MIUI 11 are expected, or will die as was born like previous models

after installation of 9.8.1 the fingerprint animation when picking up the phone is broken. I have just updated to 9.9.3 but it did not help. Is there a way to fix it?

MIUI11 definetelly, Android10 maybe later, and this is good. Normally major releases are usable/mature after 5-6 months of post-fixes.
I'm using a Max3 and very happy with it.
Less worring on ultra-fresh-latest releases, unless you want to be a guinea pig for experiments...
May stick with Pixel models, Xiaomi A-series for fresh Androids or better buy a new phone in 1.5-2 years like Max3 or now T9Pro
