A Few Questions From A Future Xiaomi Mi Max 2 Owner

Hello everyone, I have jumped the ship from iPhone to Xiaomi and I have a few questions while I wait for the phone to arrive.

1) I own a Sony Smartwatch 3 and I wanted to know if the Xiaomi is compatible with Android smartwatches or if there are any problems in compatibility/pairing?
2) Are the Google apps preinstalled or do I need to install them manually? (This goes hand in hand with Android Wear)

1- I use huawei watch with max 2, there is no problem.
2- Xiaomi.eu google apps support integrated. But later the desired google apps can be installed.
