Activating Sim Card Stuck

Hey,

Got my Redmi 3 this weekend and I have not been able to to activate this with my carrier.
After unlocking the SIM at startup I get message about having to activate call history (?) and then I get a popup and click Activate.
After that I get a notification in the top bar with the following;
Activating SIM card...
Preparing to send activation SMS...
Sync call history

Then nothing more happens.
I live in Sweden and have Telia as operator.
