Hello, Unfortunately, my Mi Mix 2 has fallen to the ground recently, and the display has been damaged. I've bought a new display at this Site.

I have it all rebuilt myself, not the first time that I fix cell phones. Everything went very well. Now the problem. When I try to boot into the TWRP recovery mode, a greyish screen comes up. Boats me back to normal everything is displayed top. Every now and then the touch spins a bit, which worries me that I got a fake display. I searched extra for original. What could that be ? Why do not I get into the TWRP Recovery Screen when I change the display? I do not understand. Do you understand it?How can it all work, but not the TWRP recovery mode. I do not understand.

Can anybody help me ?

I recall problems with some other device which could have 2 different original screens.

After changing screens, display and/or touch drivers in TWRP were wrong for the new screen.
MIUI seemed to adapt, but not TWRP.

I don't recall which device this was, but the only thing you can do I think is try some other TWRP.

Which TWRP Version specialy for me should i choose. The TWRP 3.2.2.1 chiron works, but the Touch didnt work. I cant do nothing. I see TWRP but nothing i can do.

Sorry, I don't know what TWRPs are available for Chiron, aside from official.

You could even try just flashing the latest official TWRP 3.2.3-0 and see if that fixes it.

If you can't get get official TWRP to work, you could try Raupes.
I am using his TWRP for the Mix1.
His is built in a slightly different manner, I'm not up to date on the differences.
