New Alarm Won't Always Sound Mi5s

Hi,
I have a really annoying problem, the default alarm app seems to behave strangely. I have set a alarm for the morning and twice in a row the alarm never went off. The wired thingis that when I am trying to reproduce the problem during the day the alarm worked every single time!
What can explain that? I have turn on the battery saver between 22h00 to 6h00 in the morning. Could this be the cause? Any work around it?
I am running the latest Xiaomi.eu from 6.1 0.27 on the mi5s

Is your phone connected to power at night ?
If yes. Try without being c connected to power.

Yes it was connected. Why do you think it will change something?
This morning it went off without being connected to power. I will try again connected
