New Alipay Causes "payment Security" Issues.

I downloaded Alipay from Google Play, I'm currently living in China but prefer to use xiaomi.eu than the Chinese ROM's. In the Chinese MIUI 8 I had, there was an option to disable this in the security settings but I cannot see the option at all here.

So two questions really, why is it flagging it up then telling me there's nothing wrong (see screenshots) and how do I turn the thing off here?

It looks like it doesn't know what Alipay is, definitely something to do with the virus scanning service though... I can't find any way to turn it off
