New App in Mi Cloud disappears after the download is complete from ver 9.8.1 to 9.8.29!!

Why ver 9.8.1 to 9.8.29 when i backup data and app in Mi Cloud but when i restore after wipe data then some app in Mi Cloud disappears after the download is complete? I can't backup sms and history call (android P is work) in Mi Cloud from Andoird Q.
