Apps in folders disappear?

I have put all my apps in a folder to act as a sort of app drawer. I noticed somehow maps, places, latitude etc all disappeared. On the .22 and .29 releases.

The apps are still installed as a I can search for the app and open it that way. Ideas?

I have noticed a similar problem on .22 have not had .29 long enough. I had apps disappear from the home screen directly...however, they were not uninstalled. Just lost the shortcuts.
