In Progress Apps unable to connect online. Ver. 2.3.16

Been having a problem with the latest MIUI build for the Galaxy nexus.

Any app that requires net access (YouTube, maps, etc.) are unable to connect. The only one that seems to work is the browser. I've tried wiping with a fresh install, different kernels and radios without any success. However when on a wifi connection they work without issue.

On the flip side I've tried the MIUI.us release and haven't experienced the problem so maybe it could be a problem with this version was put together.

Just flashed this weeks version (2.3.23) and the i'm still having the same problem.

Please give the build another download from the same address, we've been working on it over the weekend.
