New Battery Use Crashing On Russian Locale

Version: 7.3.16

When i try to access battery usage stats - c o m.xiaomi.securitycenter crashes

When i switch system language to english - it's working fine, but when i switch back to russian - it starts to crash again.

I cannot post crashlog or even screenshot of crashlog because forum doesn't let me to do that until i have 10 posts =\

Hi. I had exactly the same bug in my RedmiNote3ProSE, but it was fixed in 7.3.23 ROM, and now work fine.
