Invalid Bluetooth wan't turn on/off after root with magisk

Hi, I've searched in previous posts but I haven't solved my problem.
I flashed the rom (xiaomi.eu_multi_MINote3_9.3.21_v10-8.1) for my MI NOTE 3 after performing the indicated procedure.
When the phone goes from offline to online the bluetooth does not turn on anymore, sometimes the WIFI does not turn off. I did reset network, cleared the cache and restarted the phone but I didn't solve the problem. I made Wipe (data, cache, system, data) but my problem was not solved.
* The problem occurs after having done root with magisk

Could anyone help me?

So if you dirty-flash our ROM now without flashing Magisk afterwards, the problem will not occur?
