Bootloader Locked?

Hi, please can you say me if your rom (stable and weekly) has bootloader locked or not?
Miui.it has locked his bootloader from weekly 6.1.14, it's the same for xiaomi.eu?

Xiaomi EU ROMs will never lock your bootloader... weekly or stable is your option...if you have custom recovery just wipe and install the EU ROM and select your language....

I now read the post and I don't believe.
I've got a MI4C where I installed the xiaomi.eu ROM 5.12.17 and I never did the update for fear the bootloader locked.
Now I read that xiaomi.eu does not block the bootloader. The updater offers me the update to version 6.6.5. I ask further confirmation; can I proceed? Nothing has changed since the last post?
If Yes, can I use the updater or TWRP? Thanks.

Sorry, my mistake .
The version for the upgrade is the 6.5.5 which is present among those in the link you posted
I think I can safely proceed to the update.
