Hi Guys,

So the following happened. I bought a redmi note 3 which didnt come with the stock rom so I wanted to load it myself. I followed this tutorial: https://felixsenada.wordpress.com/2...tock-rom-using-sp-flash-tool-on-redmi-note-3/

Only I used Ubuntu with SP-Flash. The app got stuck on loading while updating twice. (The phone failed to turn on after the second try)

I did use SP-flash with another rom before with no issues.

The weird part is that now my phone is also not recognized anymore when inserting the USB cable. (If I do dmesg I also dont get a log saying my phone or any USB device at all got connected).

I have this phone less than a week, please let me know if I can do something and thanks very much anyway!

It's somehow due to SP Flash Tool version incompatibility.

Below, I've made simple, both SP Flash Tool as a self-extracting .exe file whereby when execute, it'll prompt for driver installation. Upon that, SP Flash Tool will popup whereby you simply just need to direct ONLY the 'scatter' file which should be in the same directory of the extracted Fastboot ROM.

Download SP Flash Tool v5.1520.00 for ALL Official Fastboot ROMs [45.6 MB]
