As it's common issue with many device on Xiaomi.eu rom
I found a permanent fix for this issue at least for the Poco !
So you need to extract the stock boot.img (from the global beta rom with the same version of the Xiaomi.eu rom you're using)
Extract the Xiaomi.eu boot.img too, rename it as booteu.img to know which is which
Download the latest DERP kernel (from his telegram group)
Now you go to TWRP and flash the stock boot.img
Reboot, you'll see that Bluetooth bug is gone but there is like a lot of micro stutter (i don't know why)
Reboot to TWRP
Flash the Booteu.img (the one from the xiaomi.eu rom) and flash directly derp kernel on it without reboot
Reboot, you'll see that bluetooth bug is gone and there no micro stutter !
then reboot to twrp and flash magisk if you want root.
I don't know if all reboot i've done is necessary but well i've done this way and it's working great now.
By the way just flashing derp kernel doesn't work without doing the stock boot.img thing.. I've already tested that too.
I just assume that's ramdisk issue as the stock boot.img flash his ramdisk with it and even with derp kernel on xiaomi.eu ramdisk the issue is still there
