We bought our pad last year and we only used once since then we lost our password and now we are unable to login into our pad.
We try to use the factory reset, keeping asking our Google account we duly followed the steps to reset with Google account but it always circle back to a point of “something went wrong”.
How or where i can find the unlock key to enter in the factory reset (cf screenshot)? Google reset is not working anymore.
