Yes ,just have to put:LiveWallpapers.apk & LiveWallpapersPicker.apk in system/app ,fix permision and reboot.That's it.

Download some previous MIUIV4 and search in rom zip in system/app then put with root explorer in system/app in your phone.

Here it is but for S2 i see you have S3 in signature:
