call screen freezes during calls

hi everyone.
a strange problem occured in the past few days. when i make a call, the call screen is unresponsive, I can not hang up, dial for posibilities etc. there is nothing wrong with the touch screen for i can roll down top banner.
saw in a few site advice to deleta cach from phone settings, it helped for one call and became frozen again.
did someone else experienced something like this???
can anyone help??

Yes, I'm having the same problem. The phone app becomes unresponsive, but the proximity sensor is ok. And even the screen works, as I'm able to roll down the notifications banner, and even go home. The only workaround is to go home, and hang up from the bubble widget.

I am also experiencing the same problem on a mi Note 10.
What should I do, it is very annoying not being able to hang up while calling.

A quick help is to set the power button to end the call.
