New Call Waiting not available- Mi Max 3 MIUI 12.0.1.0 QEDCNXM stable

Hello,

I have entered *43# and restarted but when I go to Settings-Call Settings-Call Waiting, the toggle is greyed out. Is this a bug? Mobile provider have confirmed that they do provide call waiting on their network (Lebara UK).

It's a while since I last thought about using call waiting, but it did use to work, so I'm guessing this has only happened since I updated to MIUI 12.

Did you ever solve this issue?

Im having a similar problem (MI11 Ultra MIUI 13 EU ROM).
I have the call waiting option in the settings, the toggle is on but no call waiting. If somone calls me they go straight to answerphone.

I have been in touch with my network provider, all settings their end are enabled and have also done the process of dialing
*43# / reboot.

Still no luck
