New Cam&smsapp crashes after downgrade to miui9

Hi.
I was using miui10 for some time on my mido and I decided to downgrade to miui9 (*no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum*).
After instaling latest miui9 rom for mido (via twrp) gallery and sms app started to crash. It openes and it shuts down.
Cash&dalvik cleared.
I checked few versions and all of them crashed.
How to return to miui9 with all apps working?

Mi6: I did a downgrade only one weekly build version and was facing this FC issue for the sms app .
After I did a format data in twrp and reinstalled the old weekly build, the issue was solved.
But now I did an update to the latest version and I am facing this issue again.
Don't know how to solve this and if it's rom related or my fault...

My mido on miui10 works fine. However I still want to downgrade miui to use google cam.
