now I have an another poco f2 pro with global version 12.2.3 instead of 12.0.4 ,so I wanted to know if I should install Chinese rom first and should it be android 11 or 10?

I updated the guide to remove installing chinese rom first.
Why i recommended china rom first was because your device at that time was messed up so needed to return to factory state to install properly. But since this is a new device, no need to flash china rom first.

N.B: i still use android 10 on my device. Android 11 isn't so stable yet.
Maybe after the miui 12.5 release then i will update to android 11.

So stick with the android 10 rom...just my recommendation
