Can I update xiaomi.eu ROM apps

I use 12.0.3 ROM android 10 on redmi note 5 pro
I want update ROM apps like theme.apk & wallpaper alpha.apk

If you have root you can install in app from Google play named SAI. With that app you can force update system apps, but there are chances that some system apps may stop working

Because you're going to lose functionality. You get the features because we patch them to work properly outside of China.
Example:
* You can't use Super wallpapers on Redmi Note 5 Pro officially.
* You can't use the Chinese Themes store officially, and it will be completely in Chinese anyway.
